PeopleSoft Candidate Gateway/TAM Lead

Position Description:
GNC is seeking a PeopleSoft Candidate Gateway/TAM Functional Lead Consultant to provide high-quality product knowledge and consultancy to help clients optimize the benefits of their PeopleSoft Candidate Gateway/TAM applications.

Position requirements:

• Preferably 3-5 years of PeopleSoft experience, Project Management, full life cycle project experience, ability to conduct business process analysis and redesign, fit gap analysis, manage client resources if needed, manage GNC teams.
• PeopleSoft 8.9 / 9 experience
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft Candidate Gateway and TAM
• Upgrade and implementation experience
• Understand recruiting process from job opening through hire
• Understand how permission lists and roles are used to control access to menus, components, and pages using row-level security to control access to employee data
• Understanding integration with Candidate Gateway and HR
• Provide leadership and mentoring to customer teams, knowledge transfer
• Possess excellent customer interaction and presentation skills  
• Understanding of consulting business practices, culture, and lifestyle
• Effective oral and written communication skills
