PeopleSoft HR Project Manager/Lead

Position Description:
GNC is seeking a PeopleSoft HR Functional PM/Lead Consultant to provide high-quality product knowledge and consultancy to help clients optimize the benefits of their PeopleSoft Core HR applications.

Position requirements:

• 3-5 years of PeopleSoft experience with Project Management, full life cycle project experience, ability to conduct business process analysis and redesign, fit gap analysis, manage client resources if needed, manage GNC teams
• Combined Technical and Functional PeopleSoft HCM and Implementation experience Version 8.8/8.9 experience preferred
• Experience conducting requirements sessions, documentation of business processes, testing of internal controls and documentation of testing results
• Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
• Exhibit the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
• Be a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide leadership and mentoring to customer teams, knowledge transfer 
• Proven PeopleSoft modules knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor and/or HR
• Possess excellent communication skills, including customer interaction and presentation skills
• Understanding of consulting business practices, culture, and lifestyle
• Effective oral and written communication skills
