PeopleSoft Global Payroll Lead
Position Description:
GNC is seeking a PeopleSoft Global Payroll Functional Lead Consultant to provide high-quality product knowledge and consultancy to help clients optimize the benefits of their PeopleSoft Global Payroll application.
Position requirements:
- 3-5 years of PeopleSoft experience, functional/technical background, full life cycle implementation experience, Global PeopleSoft experience a must
- Provide leadership and mentoring to customer teams, knowledge transfer
- In addition, must have prior experience with PeopleSoft North American Payroll Version 8.9
- Understand full payroll life cycles and procedures
- Possess general knowledge of Time reporting processes (other Time and Labor system applications would be sufficient) is helpful
- Document detailed functional specifications and offer any recommendations or additional investigation for any gaps identified in our Fit/Gap workshops
- Work with business analysts and technical expert(s) through the detailed design and construction, testing and implementation phases
- Basic knowledge of the following payroll tables and table configuration are required:
- Earnings
- General Deductions
- Paygroup
- Pay Calendar
- Garnishments
- State/Local Tax Table
- Chartfields
- Special Accumulators
- Basic knowledge of the following payroll processes is required:
- Final Check
- Post Payroll
- Garnishments
- Retro-Pay Functionality
- Basic knowledge of the following payroll processes are desired but not required:
- PS Wage Regression
- Leave Accruals
- Possess excellent customer interactio and presentation skills
- Understanding of consulting business practices, culture, and lifestyle
- Effective oral and written communication skills
